1、在安装膜元件前，应***系统已经完成清洁工作。
2、膜元件在装入系统时，要适当润滑O型圈和浓水密封圈，可使用硅基胶或50%甘油水溶液，禁止使用油、油脂、凡士林或石油类化合物。
3、将陶氏反渗透膜逐一装入压力容器时，在压力容器端板处通过加入垫圈的方法消除间隙，以防止在系统启动和停机时膜元件在压力容器中窜动，同时可降低膜元件外连接处渗漏的可能性。
